A professional relationship

You remain an independent transport professional. Rates, mission conditions and payment terms are agreed separately before acceptance.

Checks before a first mission

VTC card, operator registration, identity, vehicle and insurance are reviewed. A valid card number alone does not establish the identity of the person presenting it.

An identified driver and vehicle

Each assigned driver must be checked. A change of driver or vehicle must be confirmed with Ray&Lan before collection.
